It gives me immense pleasure to learn that BSF Senior Secondary School, Jalandhar Cantt has entered the tech-savvy world by creating its own website. In the present scenario, where new strategies need to be evolved and implemented in all earnestness, it becomes imperative to integrate technology in all aspects of education. A paradigm shift is taking hold of school education all over the world. The emphasis is on preparing students for life in the new world order that is characterized by powerful forces of globalization, accelerated pace of growth in all knowledge fields triggered by revolutionary developments in Science, Technology, Information and Computer Technology and Radical transformation in work and employment.
Principal’s Message
It is a proud moment for the pioneer BSF educational institution to join the cyber league by way of creating its own website. Nestled in the tranquil and green environs of the BSF Campus, the school has every conceivable facility to make it rank among the galaxy of reputed institutions. In order to keep pace with the fast-changing world order, we have to engineer new mindsets, new strategies and new processes; and create new pathways. This mammoth task calls for a practical, pragmatic and sincere approach. The vision that we foresee can transform into reality only if it is backed up by action and sustained effort. The RTE heralded a new dawn for education.
School Laboratories
BSF Sn. Sec. School has world-class laboratories that are equipped with the latest and most modern facilities. Each year, some old labs are renovated and new equipment added while other new ones are added to the school infrastructure, all in a continuous drive to keep BSF Sn. Sec. School.
School Sports & Games
Games and sports are necessary to keep up the physical and mental growth of children. Being a school of an elite force the campus has a large stadium where athletics events are organized. There are courts for Football, Volleyball and Basketball to hold Inter-House matches.
